Ingredient/Technology Conference, March 17 & 18

Grayson Associates will present, “Accelerating the Future,” an ingredients and technology conference, March 17 and 18 in New York City. A Fall 2008 event is also in the works. These bi-annual conferences are designed to speed the dissemination of information and foster the development of innovation, according to Bob and Suzanne Grayson, long-time industry experts and Happi columnists.
 
Each conference offers the speakers the opportunity to present and exhibit (optional and complimentary table tops) the latest technology as it relates to the general topic of the session conference. The addition of the Special Dermal-Needs track presents a unique opportunity for the table top displays, from all tracks,  to cut across to a new category of products.
 
Participants may present in more than one conference series (Spring and Fall), but always with up-dated information.


The event includes three tracks of skin care innovation:
• Anti-aging
• Naturals
• Special Dermal Needs

The Program:
Each day there will be  eight presentations with two session moderators per day. Presentations will be 30 minutes, including questions.  It is anticipated that there will be 300-360 conferees. 
 
Key Points to Consider:
    1.  Power Point should be professional and readable from all areas of the conference room.
    2.  Commercialism and self-promotion are not allowed.  (The conferees really object to this!)
    3. The seminar audience consists primarily of technical people with a smattering of brand managers and upper management personnel.
    4.  All presentations should include some information that the astute attendee will recognize as a potentially differentiating feature for their new products.
 
How to Participate and Receive Priority Position:
    1.  Indicate the program(s) (Spring/Fall) in which you have interest
    2.  Title of  talk
    3.  Name, title, company, address, telephone/fax, e-mail
    4.  A less-than-200-word abstract including three bullet points of key  features.
 
Please note that there are only 16 positions in each track.  When they are filled, the program is complete.  Please don’t delay.
